摘要
由于高铁站、机场航站楼等大型交通枢纽使用人员多、单层面积大、疏散距离长,在消防管理方面存在诸多客观难点。以性能化设计思想为核心、BIM技术为平台,建立BIM大型交通枢纽工程消防管理信息系统。从BIM建模、消防应急预案及实施救援到消防设施维护管理,研究BIM技术在类似建筑的消防全寿命周期中的具体运用,为BIM技术在大型交通枢纽工程消防管理信息化提供新的方法和思路。
        There're many difficulties in fire management of large traffic hubs such as high-speed rail station and airport terminal,because of its large number of users,large single floor area and long evacuation distance.This paper built a fire management information system of large traffic hub with the core of performance-based design and the platform of BIM technology.Discussed the application of BIM technology in the whole fire protection life cycle of this kind of building,from fire control design,emergency response and rescue to actual maintenance stage,the new methods and ideas were provided for the application of BIM technology in the fire control field of large traffic hub.
