摘要
为解决船舶损害隐患问题,提高航行安全性和对损害的管制应变能力,提出智能分布式损管监控系统,对系统的功能、结构和工作原理进行分析与论述,建立以损管监控台为监控单元、以舱底进水报警装置、火灾报警装置和舷侧快速关闭装置为控制与保护单元、以传感器和执行机构为输入输出单元的分布式损管监控系统。详细阐述智能分布式损管监控系统的系统架构、工作原理和软硬件设计方案。系统联调试验及实船应用效果表明,该智能分布式损管监控系统可以解决船舶损害隐患问题,保证船舶在损管情况下的航行安全性。
        In order to solve the hidden dangers of ship damage and improve the ability to control the damage and safety of navigation, an intelligent distributed damage monitoring system is proposed. The function,structure and working principle of the system are analyzed and discussed. A distributed damage monitoring system with a damage monitoring station as a monitoring unit, a bilge water inlet alarm device, a fire alarm device and a side fast closing device as a control and protection unit, and a sensor and an actuator as an input and output unit is established. The system architecture, working principle and hardware and software design of intelligent distributed damage monitoring system are expounded in detail. The results of the system joint debugging test and real ship application show that the intelligent distributed loss and damage monitoring system can solve the hidden problems of ship damage and ensure navigation safety in the event of damage.
