基于模糊综合评判的测控网运行评估仿真与实现

摘要
近年来,测控网运行质量评估手段主要依据设备跟踪卫星成功率,评价过于简单,针对现有测控网运行质量评估手段单一、测控设备在测控网中运行效率无法评估等问题,基于模糊综合评判法,对测控网运行质量开展评估研究,以模糊数学为基础,建立相应数学分析模型,采用测控网内设备跟踪试验数据作为输入,计算仿真出测控网运行期间单套设备综合打分排名。结果表明,计算得到的数据结果与设备运行实际情况比较符合,模糊综合评判法有助于提高测控网运行质量评估能力,对后续测控设备、测控网的发展和建设提供合理化建议。
        Nowadays,the approach to evaluate the operation quality of Tracking,Telemetry and Command(TT&C) network counts on the success rate of devices for tracking satellite,which is too simple to be sufficient,aiming at the existing problems of single evaluation means of operation quality of TT&C network and the unavailability of operation efficiency of TT&C devices in TT&C network,the paper is based on the approach of comprehensive evaluation to research the operation quality of TT&C network.Some mathematical models have been established through the fuzzy math.By adopting the experiment results from tracking devices used in TT&C network as input data,the numerical results of single device of the TT&C devices have been generated,and the operation quality of each device has been ranked.The results demonstrate that a good agreement between the current numerical results and the actual data has been achieved,meanwhile the fuzzy comprehensive criterion is conductive to the evaluation and development of TT&C network.
