变桨减速器的模块化设计

摘要
针对变桨减速器的模块化设计,建立了径向尺度约束和等接触强度设计的传动比分配原则,提出了一种包含强度、体积A的单级速比行星模块,并以单级速比误差最小为目标建立了NGW型行星传动的配齿优化模型。应用提出的多目标综合评价方法,对各方案的参数进行综合评价选出符合设计要求的最优方案。以一种3级NGW变桨减速器为例进行了模块化设计,对不同传动比模块形成的多种方案进行评价,证明了该方法的合理性。
        For the modularization design of variable pitch reducer,this paper establishes transmission ratio distribution principles under radial dimension constraints and equal contact strength condition,and presents a comprehensive evaluation method with the multiple objectives including strength,volume and transmission ratio errors. Transmission ratio of each stage is distributed according to the principle with the objective of minimum radial dimension and equal contact strength,and then9 types of single-stage speed ratio planetary modules are constructed. With the goal of minimum single-stage speed ratio error,optimization model of gear tooth number distribution for NGW planetary transmission is established. Using the proposed multi-objective evaluation method,parameters of each scheme are comprehensively evaluated,and the optimal scheme satisfied with the design requirements is selected. Taking the modularization design of a three-stage variable-pitch reducer as an instance,we evaluate the multiple schemes generated by various transmission ratio modules with the method proposed in this paper,which verifies the feasibility of this method.
