本文详细介绍了欧洲标准化组织(欧洲标准制定机构)在全球化背景下,为参与标准化国际合作,制定与执行的与国际、区域、国家标准化组织展开合作的系列指南。阐述了"伙伴机构""联属机构"的相关概念,以及合作和参与欧洲标准化的机制、相关要求。展示了欧洲标准化组织对外合作、开放的积极策略,同时也为区域外相关方、等同机构开展同欧洲标准化组织的合作与交流提供了具体的参考模式和形式。
        This paper introduces the a series of guides on standardization cooperation with international, reginal or national standardization organizations developed and conducted by European standardization organizations in the progress of globalization. It expounds the related concepts such as companion standardization body and affiliation and the mechanism and requirements for the cooperation and participation of European standardization. It displays the active strategy on foreign cooperation and openness of European standardization organizations and provides specific reference models for related parties and organizations to cooperate or communicate with European standardization organizations.
