江苏油田VES稠化酸缓速性能及酸蚀裂缝导流能力优化研究

摘要
常规酸酸压时,由于酸岩反应剧烈,酸液主要消耗在近井地带,难以形成长缝。为提高储层酸压效果,江苏油田自主合成了一种VES (黏弹性表面活性)稠化酸。通过室内试验研究了该VES稠化酸对裂缝壁面的酸蚀效果及酸蚀裂缝导流能力,并进一步研究了注入排量、注入工艺对酸蚀效果及酸蚀裂缝导流能力的影响。结果表明,VES稠化酸具有一定的缓速性能,应用于深度酸压中可以增加裂缝的有效长度,减少近井地带的溶蚀;注酸排量的增加有利于提高裂缝有效长度,注酸排量的降低有利于提高裂缝导流能力;相比于单级注入,多级交替注入酸压工艺可以改善裂缝壁面的酸蚀效果,有利于酸蚀裂缝导流能力的提高和有效缝长的增加。研究结果可为酸压方案的优化提供理论依据。
        When the conventional hydrochloric acid was used in acid fracturing,the reaction between the acid and rock was too serious,and the hydrochloric acid was consumed in the near wellbore zones,so it was difficult to create long fractures.To enhance the acid fracturing effect in the reservoirs,a kind of viscoelastic surface active thickening acid(VES)was synthesized independently.The acid etching effect on the fracture surface and the etched fracture conductivity of the VES acid was researched based on a series of laboratory experiments.Besides,the impacts of injection displacement and injection process on the acid etching effect and the etched fracture conductivity capacity were further researched.The results show that VES acidizing has certain retarding property,which can increase the effective fracture length and reduce the dissolution of near wellbore zones when used in deep acid fracturing.The decrease of acid injection displacement is beneficial compared with single-stage injection,while the multistage alternative acid injection can improve the acid corrosion effect on wellbore surface and it is beneficial for enhancing the conductivity and effective fracture length of etching fractures.The research result can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing acid fracturing scheme.
