摘要
钛白粉加入到杜仲胶中后,对生物基杜仲胶材料性能有着特殊的影响.为了探究钛白粉分散性对生物基杜仲胶性能的影响,取不同份数的钛白粉与杜仲胶共混,利用扫描电子显微镜观察其分散情况,通过循环拉伸测试和RPA测试分析钛白粉分散性对其性能的影响.数据表明:填料网络越均匀,佩恩效应越平缓,分散性越好,生热越少;随着钛白粉用量的增加,其分散性略有下降;当钛白粉达到一定用量后,由于钛白粉粒子分布较密,且团聚现象明显,分散性明显降低.由此可见,适量的钛白粉在杜仲胶中具有良好的分散性,还可以使生物基杜仲胶具有较好的力学性能和加工性能.
        The addition of titanium dioxide to Eucommia ulmoides gum has a special effect on the properties of bio-based Eucommia ulmoides gum materials. In order to explore the effect of titanium pigment dispersion on the properties of bio-based Eucommia ulmoides gum,different amounts of titanium dioxide were blended with Eucommia ulmoides gum,and the dispersion was observed by scanning electron microscope.Cyclic tensile test and RPA measurement were used to analyze the influences of titanium dioxide dispersion on the properties. The data showed that the more uniform the packing network, the more gentle the Payne effect, the better the dispersion with less heat. With the increase of titanium dioxide, the dispersion decreased slightly. Dispersion decreased obviously when the amount of titanium dioxide reached to a certain amount,because titanium dioxide particles distribution was more dense and reunion phenomenon was obvious. It can be seen that the proper amount of titanium dioxide had good dispersibility in Eucommia ulmoides gum,and can also make biologic Eucommia ulmoides gum had better mechanical properties and processing properties.
