摘要
大倾角煤层采煤机应用条件为基础,分析得到采煤机可靠运行的关键要素有四个方面:受力可靠,制动可靠,润滑效果可靠以及安全可靠。并以镇城底矿采煤机为例,从四个角度分析论述其可靠性,为大倾角煤层综采工作面采煤机的设计应用提供理论依据。
        Based on the application conditions of coal shearer with large dip angle, the key elements for reliable operation of coal shearer are analyzed in four aspects: reliable force, reliable braking, reliable lubrication and safety and reliability. Taking the coal miner in Zhencheng bottom mine as an example, the reliability of the coal shearer is analyzed from four angles, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of the coal mining machine in the fully mechanized mining face of large inclination coal seam.
