摘要
为了缓解高校少数民族毕业生就业难的矛盾,对吉林大学的少数民族毕业生就业情况进行了调查研究,发现了以下问题:就业率高,但签约率低;就业层次单一,偏爱去大城市就业,创业意愿不足。产生这些问题的主要原因是少数民族毕业生受传统择业观影响严重,汉语水平较弱,校园教育与社会需求严重脱节,用人单位存在偏见。针对这些问题,提出了以下建议:提升政府对少数民族毕业生就业问题的关注度,完善大学生就业体系,优化高校教育理念,重视学生的内在改变,这样能有效提高高校少数民族毕业生的就业率。
In order to alleviate the employment difficulties of ethnic minority graduates in colleges and universities,the employment situation of ethnic minority graduates in Jilin University was investigated and studied. The following problems were found: high employment rate,low contracting rate,single employment level,preference for employment in big cities,lack of entrepreneurial willingness. The main reason for these problems was that ethnic minority graduates were influenced by traditional view of career choice. Serious,the Chinese language level is weak,the campus education and social needs are seriously disconnected,and employers have prejudices. In view of these problems,the following suggestions are put forward: to raise the government's attention to the employment of ethnic minority graduates,to improve the employment system of college students,to optimize the educational concept of colleges and universities,and to pay attention to the internal changes of students,so as to effectively improve the employment rate of ethnic minority graduates in colleges and universities.
