乡村振兴视阈下农业产业化联合体研究——产生机理、运营机制和实证分析

摘要

乡村振兴的物质基础是产业振兴,农业产业化联合体是实现乡村产业振兴的农业经营组织联盟。新型农业经营主体的需求是联合体产生的诱发因素,基层实践、顶层设计和政策保障是联合体产生的制度环境。联合体的运营机制是确立分工协作机制,健全资源要素共享机制,完善利益共享机制。基于广德县众联粮油农业产业化联合体实证分析表明,应当加强产业联结、要素联结、利益联结、组织联结,推动联合体持续健康发展,促进乡村产业兴旺,助力乡村振兴。
        The material basis of rural revitalization is industry revitalization.Agricultural industrialization consortium is an alliance of agricultural operation organizations to realize the revitalization of rural industries.The demand of the new agricultural business entities is the inducing factor for the emergence of the agriculture industrialization consortium,and the basic practice,the top level design and the policy guarantee are the institutional environment produced by the agricultural industrialization consortium.The operation mechanism of the agricultural industrialization consortium is to establish the mechanism of division and cooperation,improve the mechanism of resource elements sharing,and improve the mechanism of benefit sharing.Based on the empirical analysis of Zhonglian Grain and Oil agriculture industrialization consortium in Guangde County,we should strengthen industrial connection,element connection,interest connection and organization connection to promote the sustained and healthy development of the agricultural industrialization consortium,promote the revitalization of the rural industries,and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.
