摘要
在现代企业中,员工自主意识普遍较强,企业选择及运用合理、正确的人力资源管理方式对于企业的建设意义重大。而如何有效调动员工自觉性、积极性也成了现代企业管理者重点思考的问题。人力资源柔性化管理可"晓之以情,动之以理",直抵员工内心,有效提高员工积极性及工作效率,本文就针对人力资源柔性化管理内涵及优势进行简要介绍,对分析其重要性及理论依据,最后详细阐述柔性化管理具体实施策略。
In modern enterprises,employees have a strong sense of autonomy,and it is of great significance for enterprises to choose and use reasonable and correct human resource management methods.And how to effectively mobilize the staff consciousness,enthusiasm has become a modern enterprise managers to focus on the problem.Human resources flexibility management can "understand with emotion,move with reason",direct to the inner heart of employees,and effectively improve the enthusiasm and work efficiency of employees.This article briefly introduces the connotation and advantages of human resources flexibility management,and analyzes its importance and theoretical basis.Finally,the specific implementation strategy of flexible management is elaborated in detail.
