摘要

开展高校大学生思想政治教育路径创新研究是高校落实十九大精神、提高人才培养质量、促进大学生成长成才的迫切需要。文章以高等学校职能理论为基础,重点探讨了高等学校职能视角下大学生思想政治教育与高校人才培养(专业教育)职能、科学研究职能、社会服务职能与文化传承职能分别相结合的途径,即增强思想政治课作为大学生思想教育的主阵地作用,同时将大学生思想政治教育与大学生的学科专业学习紧密结合起来,在专业教育中丰富德育的内容、途径、方式与方法。对于不同学科、专业课教学中大学生思想政治教育研究的侧重点应各不相同。另外,大学生的社会服务需要各方力量协同,并充分激发大学生参与社会服务的积极性与主动性。高校文化对于大学生思想政治教育具有积极作用,可通过建设高校文化载体,把不同的文化元素融入到大学生思想政治教育实践中。这些对于高校大学生思想政治教育实践创新具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
        To carry out the innovation research on the path of ideological and political education for college students is an urgent need for the university to implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress, improve the quality of personnel training, and promote the growth of college students. Based on the theory of the functions of colleges and universities, this article focuses on the ways of combining the ideological and political education of college students with the personnel training(professional education), scientific research functions, social service functions and cultural inheritance functions of colleges and universities. Ideological and political courses serve as the main front of college students' ideological education. At the same time, they combine college students' ideological and political education with college students' subject professional learning, and enrich the content, ways, methods and methods of moral education in professional education. The research focus on the ideological and political education of college students in different subjects and professional courses should be different. In addition, the social services of college students need the synergy of all parties and fully stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of college students to participate in social services.College culture has a positive effect on the ideological and political education of college students. It can be integrated into the ideological and political education practice of college students by constructing the cultural carrier of colleges and universities. These have certain reference and guiding significance for college students' ideological and political education practice innovation.
