摘要
《义务教育学校管理标准》的出台标志着我国教育进入了标准化建设的新时代,其意义和价值不言而喻,但学校如何从实践层面推进义务教育学校管理标准化建设则值得深思。通过实地调研发现,当前学校管理标准化建设呈现出"不闻不问型"、"光说不练型"、"埋头苦干型"三种不当样态,即便是"对标研判型"学校管理标准建设样态的数量和质量也可进一步提升。义务教育学校管理标准化建设必须首先明确其落实督导与检查、助力体检与改进、滋养理念与实践的价值用途,继而从学习标准,上下联动;明确职责,分解任务;依据标准,逐条达标;全面达标,再创优秀等步骤上有序推进,并针对不同指标采取忠实取向、调试取向和创生取向方法重点落实,根据需要运用"顺势而为"、"重点孵化"、"整体推进"技术路线,提升义务教育学校管理标准化建设的实效,办人民满意的教育。
        The publication of Standards for the Management of Compulsory Education Schools marks that China's education has entered a new era of standardization construction. Its significance and value are self-evident,but how to promote the standardization construction of compulsory education school management from the practical level deserves further reflection. Through on-the-spot investigation and research, it shows that the current school management standardization construction presents three types of inappropriate patterns, namely, ignorance with indifference, speaking without action and immersion in hard work. Even the quantity and quality of the standard research and evaluation school management standard construction patterns need to be further improved.First, clarify the value and use of its supervision and inspection, physical examination and improvement, concept and practice. Second, link up from learning standards to upper and lower levels. Third, clarify responsibilities and decompose tasks. Fourth, meet standards one by one according to standards. Fifth, give priority to achieving standards. And finally create excellence. The indicators should be implemented with the methods of loyalty orientation, debugging orientation and creation orientation. Moreover, we should use the technical principles of"following the trend","emphasizing incubation"and"promoting as a whole"to enhance the effectiveness of the standardization construction of compulsory education school management and to make people satisfactory.
