摘要

社会性别主流化理念,有助于我们分析警察干预家庭暴力遭遇的执法困境,推动警察处置家庭暴力案件的社会性别视角的建设,从而探讨警察干预家庭暴力中如何实现社会公平正义,达到法律效果和社会效果的统一。
        The mainstream concept of social gender is helpful for us to analyze the law enforcement dilemma of police intervention in domestic violence, to promote the construction of gender perspective in dealing with domestic violence cases, and to explore how to achieve social equity and justice in police intervention in domestic violence, and to achieve the unity of legal and social effects.
