摘要

介绍彭培初教授治疗青少年痤疮的临床经验。认为青少年痤疮发病的关键在于相火妄动,挟湿热上蒸头面,治宜清相火、祛湿热。并举验案1则。
        This paper introduces Professor Peng Peichu's clinical experience in the treatment of adolescent's acne. It is considered that the key to the onset of adolescent's acne lies in the hyperactivity of kidney fire and damp-heat steaming the head. The principle of treatment is to clear away the kidney fire and remove damp-heat. One proven case is presented.
