摘要

目的评价老年糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖联合用药方式对其治疗效果的影响。方法选取110例本院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的老年糖尿病患者作为资料展开研究,经电脑排序后按照单双号分为两组,研究组55例给予甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖联合治疗方式,而对照组55例则仅给予阿卡波糖治疗,对比两组治疗3个月的血糖水平。结果研究组患者HbAlc、TG、FBG、2 h PBG、LDL-C、TC等血糖指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率1.81%,与对照组7.27%,比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论治疗老年糖尿病采取甘精胰岛素、阿卡波糖联合用药方式可稳定血糖水平在在正常范围内,预防疾病进一步发展,联合用药方式值得临床进一步研究。
        Objective To explore the effect of combination of insulin glargine and acarbose on the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes. Methods 110 cases elderly diabetes mellitus patients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups(55 cases per group) according to single and double numbers. The control group was only given acarbose. The treatment group was given insulin glargine, and compared with blood glucose levels in the two groups for 3 months. Results The blood glucose indexes of HbAlc, TG, FBG, 2 h PBG, LDL-C and TC in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 1.81%, thecontrol group was 7.27%, there was not statistically difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of senile diabetes, the combination of insulin glargine and acarbose can stabilize blood sugar levels in the normal range and prevent further development of the disease.
