摘要
本文主要综述了近年来饲料基质中多肽类抗生素检测分析方法。简要介绍了关于多肽类抗生素在饲料中使用的相关规定,以及添加使用多肽类抗生素的用途和违禁使用的危害。重点介绍了饲料中多肽类抗生素含量检测的前处理技术和检测技术,包括样品的提取、分离、纯化和检测等,并分析了不同检测技术的优缺点。最后指出了在多肽类抗生素的各种检测方法中,液相色谱-质谱联用技术用的最普遍,技术最成熟。同时,需要加大力度研究饲料中多肽类抗生素的检测,为更好地监督和规范饲料中多肽类抗生素的使用提供可靠的依据。
        The methods for the detection and analysis of polypeptide antibiotics in feed in recent years were reviewed. A brief introduction on the relative laws and regulations regarding the usage of polypeptide antibiotics, as well as the advantages of using polypeptide antibiotics and the harm of illegal uses of polypeptide antibiotics in feed were summarized. Emphasis was laid on pretreatment technology and detection technology of feed matrices, including sample extraction and separation as well as purification and different detection methods, being in use for the determination of polypeptide antibiotics. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of different detection techniques in the detection of polypeptide antibiotics were analyzed. Finally in the variety of the detection technologies methods of polypeptide antibiotics, UPLC-MS/MS is the most common and the most mature detection technique used. And it is necessary to study the detection of polypeptide antibiotics in feed so as to provide reliable basis for better supervision and standardization of the use of polypeptide antibiotics in feed.
