摘要
针对传统汽车零部件设计制造过程中,设计人员主要进行汽车零部件的结构及其功能设计,对其制造性考虑得较少,导致设计方案对制造性考虑不足等问题。为了使汽车零部件设计方案更加适用于制造,并便于对其进行一种面向制造的评价,提出了一种面向制造的汽车零部件设计方案评价方法。建立了可制造性的评价指标体系,引入了将熵权法和层次分析法相结合的动态权重确定法,结合模糊综合评价法建立了评价模型,从而对设计方案进行排序,获得满足可制造性的最优设计方案。以汽车覆盖件设计方案为例,应用该方法进行评价,证明该方法有效,有较好的可行性和实用性。
        For traditional automobile parts design and manufacture process, mainly concentrating on automobile parts structure and function,and less consideration is given to manufacturability,which leads to insufficient consideration for manufacturability in the design scheme. In order to make automobile parts design scheme more suitable for manufacture and conveniently carry out manufacturing-oriented evaluation,a manufacturing-oriented automobile parts evaluation method is put forward. Evaluation index system is established,dynamic weight determination method which combines entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process is introduced,and the evaluation model combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established. An optimal design scheme satisfying manufacturability is obtained. Taking automobile panel design scheme as an example,it is proved that the method is effective,feasible and practical.
