摘要
农药的不合理使用和农药残留超标等带来了农产品污染的问题严重危害了人类的生命与健康,因此对于残留农药的检测和处理越来越引起人类的广泛关注。本文对近几年农药残留问题进行了阐述,包括常用农药残留的类型、农药残留的检测方法以及残留农药的物理和化学处理技术,为解决农药残留问题提供参考和借鉴。
The unreasonable use of pesticides will cause the excessive pesticide residues and result in the pollution of agricultural products, which seriously threaten human life and health. Therefore, the detection and treatment of those residual pesticides have drawn more attention rencently. Herein, we have summarize the kinds of pesticide, and the common methods for residual pesticide detecting and treating. We hope this paper will provide as a reference to solve the problem of pesticide residues.
