摘要
采用Fenton氧化法处理了电镀废水,考察了初始pH值、H_2O_2投加量、Fe~(2+)与H_2O_2的物质的量比、以及反应时间对废水中重金属离子的去除效果,得到的最佳Fenton工艺参数为:H_2O_2投加量为0.06 mol/L、[Fe~(2+)]/[H_2O_2]为1∶3、pH值为3、反应时间60 min。在此条件下,在此条件下Cu~(2+)和Ni~(2+)去除率分别为95.92%和97.15%。
The treatment of electroplating wastewater using Fenton oxidation process was studied. The effect of initial pH value,the molar ration of Fe~(2+)and H_2O_2,H_2O_2 dosage and reaction time on the removal efficiency of heavy metal ion in wastewater were investigated.the best Fenton process parameters were as follows:dosage of H_2O_2 is 0.06 mol/L,the mole ratio of Fe~(2+) and H_2O_2 is 1/3,initial pH of reaction is 3,reaction time is 60 min. Under this condition,the removal rates Cu~(2+) and Ni~(2+) are 95.92% and 97.15%,respectively.
