创业导向能有效克服组织惰性吗?

摘要
组织惰性日益成为制约企业持续成长的关键因素,然而,对于如何克服组织惰性的问题一直没有得到有效解决。近年来,从创业导向视角来研究组织惰性克服问题受到学者们的关注,但是现有研究并不一致。为此文章以我国东部沿海地区的184家高技术企业为样本,从组织即兴和环境动态性视角来构建创业导向对组织惰性的克服机制。研究发现:创业导向对组织即兴具有积极影响。组织即兴对组织惰性具有负向影响。创业导向对组织惰性的直接影响不显著,但是创业导向可以通过组织即兴间接克服组织惰性;动态环境下,创业导向能克服组织惰性。
        Organizational inertia has increasingly become the main factor restricting the sustainable growth of the enterprise. However, the problem of how to overcome the inertia of the organization has not been effectively solved. In recent years, the study of organizational inertia from the perspective of entrepreneurial orientation has attracted the attention of scholars, but the existing research is not consistent. Therefore, taking 184 hi-tech enterprises in the eastern coastal area of China as samples, this paper constructs the overcoming mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational inertia from the perspectives of organizational improvisation and environmental dynamism. The findings are as follows: entrepreneurial orientation has a positive impact on organizational improvisation. Organizational improvisation has a negative impact on organization inertia. The direct impact of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational inertia is not significant, but entrepreneurial orientation can overcome organizational inertia through organizational improvisation; In dynamic environment, entrepreneurial orientation can overcome organizational inertia.
