摘要

本文立足于"北京市停车矛盾尖锐"、"政策倡导城市土地立体开发"、"加强停车立法"三大背景,选取北京市具有代表性的居住区进行实地考察和调研,总结北京市居住区停车面临的问题,深入探究其产生的原因,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对北京市城市居住区合理规划发展提供实证分析和建议,对促进城市空间的有效利用和可持续发展,构建智慧城市有所助益。
        Based on the three backgrounds of "sharp parking contradiction in Beijing", "policy advocating three-dimensional development of urban land" and "strengthening parking legislation", this paper selects representative residential areas in Beijing to conduct field investigation and research, summarizes the parking problems confronting Beijing residential areas, probes into the causes of these problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide empirical analysis and suggestions for the rational planning and development of urban residential areas in Beijing, and help to promote the effective use and sustainable development of urban space and build an intelligent city.
