摘要

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染与慢性胃炎、消化不良、消化性溃疡、胃癌等胃肠疾病有着密切的联系,李晶主任认为其病机为本虚标实、升降失调,根除HP对治疗这些疾病有着重要的意义,临床常分为脾胃湿热、肝胃不和、胃阴不足、脾胃虚寒四型,根据临床经验辨证施治,将辨证与辨病相结合,随症加减,中西医结合治疗该病效果较好。
        Helicobacter pylori( Hp) infection is closely related to gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic gastritis,dyspepsia,peptic ulcer and gastric cancer. Director Li Jing believes that eradication of HP is of great significance in the treatment of these diseases,and the pathogenesis are asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,and disharmony of ascending and descending,which are classified clinically into 4 types: dampness-heat of spleen and stomach,incoordination between liver and stomach,deficiency of stomach yin as well as deficient cold of spleen and stomach. Based on clinical experience of syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are combined,with modification according to symptoms. So,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating this disease.
