乳腺增生动物模型的建立及其检测指标的变化分析

摘要
目的:通过阅读动物实验文献,对其常用动物、造模方法及检测乳腺增生动物模型的指标变化进行分析。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)、Pubmed数据库检索与MGH相关的动物实验研究文献,共检索出97篇符合要求的期刊文献,并对其文献中相关数据进行数据分析。结果:复制MGH动物模型常用的动物是雌性未孕大鼠,常用的造模方法为肌注雌、孕激素;判断动物模型复制是否成功的指标有乳腺组织病理形态观察、乳头的直径、高度。乳头高度、直径与疾病的程度成正比;乳腺病理组织镜下观察:导管上皮细胞增生层数增加;乳腺小叶数及腺泡数明显增多。结论:复制MGH动物模型常用雌性未孕大鼠,采用雌、孕激素肌注复制MGH动物模型的方法简便、安全、成功率及成活率高,乳头高度、直径及乳腺组织病理形态观察均可作为复制动物模型判断MGH的指标。该研究的指标范围具有一定的参考价值。
        Objective: To analyze the indexes changes of commonly used animals, modeling methods and animal models for detecting hyperplasia of mammary glands by reading animal experimental literature.Methods: Through the China Knowledge Network(CNKI) and Pubmed database retrieval of animal experimental research literature related to MGH, a total of 97 journal articles that met the requirements were retrieved and the data in the literature was analyzed. Results: Animals commonly used in the animal model of MGH replication were female non-pregnant rats. The commonly used modeling methods were intramuscular injection of estrogen and progesterone. The indicators for judging the successful replication of the animal model included pathological morphology of breast tissue and diameter and height of the nipple. Nipple height, diameter and the degree of disease werepositive proportional. The breast pathological tissue microscopic observation showed increased number of ductal epithelial cell proliferation; breast lobular number and acini increased significantly.Conclusions: The replication of MGH animal model is commonly used in female non-pregnant rats and the animal model of intramuscular injection of female and progesterone to MGH animal model is simple and safe with high success rate and survival rate. The nipple height, diameter and pathological morphology of breast tissuecan be used as indicators of MGH in replicating animal models. The index range of the study has a certain reference value.
