摘要
目的探讨高压氧与单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠(GM-1)联合应用于新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)中的效果及对患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2蛋白(Bcl-2)、核因子-κB (NF-κB)的影响。方法选择2016年1月-2017年12月本院收治的HIE新生儿88例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各44例。对照组采取对症治疗,研究组在此基础上应用高压氧与GM-1联合治疗。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组77.27%(P <0.05)。治疗后研究组NSE、Bcl-2与NF-κB均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论高压氧与GM-1联合应用于新生儿HIE中的效果确切,并可以调节血清NSE、Bcl-2与NF-κB表达,适于临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen and monosaliconic acid four hexose ganglioside sodium(GM-1)on neonatal ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy(HIE)and the effect on serum neuron specific enolase(NSE), B lymphocyto-2 protein(Bcl-2)and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kappa B)in children. Methods 88 cases of HIE neonates admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, 44 cases in each group. The control group received symptomatic treatment, and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with GM-1. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.45%, which was higher than that of the control group 77.27%(P < 0.05). After treatment, NSE,Bcl-2 and NF-kappa B in the research group were lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with GM-1 is effective in the treatment of neonatal HIE, and it can regulate the expression of NSE, Bcl-2 and NF-kappa B, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
