咸宁产青砖茶对营养性肥胖小鼠体质量和血脂的影响

摘要
目的研究观察不同浓度咸宁产青砖茶对高脂饮食诱导的营养性肥胖小鼠体质量和血脂的影响。方法用高脂饲料诱导昆明小鼠肥胖后,每日给予经旋转蒸发浓缩的高(33. 6g/90mL)、中(16. 8g/90mL)、低(8. 4g/90mL)浓度青砖茶水0. 3mL灌胃,并分别给予不同浓度的青砖茶水(9. 6g/L,4. 8g/L,2. 4g/L)自由饮用,喂养36d。实验期间记录摄食量、体质量、体长。实验结束后,摘眼球取血,全自动生化仪测血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL含量,并解剖称取小鼠肾周及睾周脂肪垫质量。结果与模型组比较,青砖茶水对肥胖小鼠体质量、脂肪系数均具有显著的抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖性;但对血脂四项均无明显影响。结论青砖茶水对肥胖小鼠有显著的减肥作用,无明显调节血脂作用。
        Objective To explore the effect of Qingzhuan brick tea from Xianning on weight gain and blood fat of diet-induced obese mice. Methods Qingzhuan brick tea aqueous extracts concentrated by rotary evaporation were poured into obese rats' stomach through mouth once a day for 36 consecutive days with 0. 3 ml at different concentration levels: 33. 6 g/90 mL,16. 8 g/90 mL and 8. 4 g/90 mL. Meanwhile,tea samples of three dose levels( 9. 6 g/L,4. 8 g/L,and 2. 4 g/L) were repectively given to above-mentioned three groups of rats to drink freely. Dietary intake,body weight and body length were recorded during the experiment. When the experiment was over,all experimental rats were took blood by removalling eyeballs,and then full-automatic bio-chemical instrument was used to measure TC,TG,HDL,and LDL. In addition,both perirenal fat and epidodymal fat were also weighed. Results Compared to the model group,Qingzhuan brick tea has a significant dose-dependent inhibitory effect against weight gain and coefficient of fat. However,no significant effect was found on blood fat in this study.Conclusion Qingzhuan brick tea has an anti-obesity effect,but it has no effect in regulating blood lipid.
