摘要
本试验旨在研究益生菌制剂对舍饲山羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响。选择100头健康的4月龄努比亚山羊,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,其他4个组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%的益生菌制剂。试验期为40 d,其中预试期10 d,正试期30 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2%益生菌制剂可显著提高山羊平均日增重(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%益生菌制剂可显著降低山羊料重比(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%益生菌制剂可显著提高山羊血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.2%、0.4%和0.8%益生菌制剂可显著提高山羊血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,饲粮中添加益生菌制剂可提高舍饲山羊的生长性能,改善其机体免疫水平和抗氧化功能。
        This experiment was conducted to study the effects of probiotic preparations on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes in housed lambs.One hundred 4-month-old goats were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 4 replicates per group and 5 goats per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,the other four groups were supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,and 0.8% probiotic preparations in the basal diet.The trial period was 40 days,of which the pre-test period was 10 days and the trial period was 30 days.The results show as follows:1) compared with the control group,the addition of 0.2% probiotic preparations in the diet significantly increased the average daily gain in housed lambs(P<0.05).The addition of 0.2%,0.4% and0.8% probiotic preparations in the diet significantly reduced the feed/gain in housed lambs(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the addition of 0.2%,0.4% and 0.8% probiotic preparations in the diet significantly increased serum total protein and globulin contents in housed lambs(P<0.05).3) Compared with the control group,the addition of 0.2%,0.4% and 0.8% probiotic preparations to the diet significantly increased the serum total superoxide dismutase activity in housed lambs(P<0.05).The above results show that the addition of compound probiotic preparations enhance the growth performance,and improve the body immunity and antioxidant function of housed lambs.
