摘要
分子标记辅助选择育种已成为水稻分子育种的主要策略。明确目标基因在染色体上的物理图谱定位与功能标记的开发应用是开展分子标记辅助选择育种的前提条件。本研究对已报道的40个抗白叶枯病基因在染色体上的定位、分子标记详情进行了整理总结,并将31个水稻白叶枯病抗病基因在水稻基因组物理图谱上进行定位标注;此外,本研究还归纳xa5、xa13、Xa21、Xa27四个抗病基因的功能标记,新开发了抗性基因Xa10、Xa23的功能标记。本研究将给育种工作者更好地利用水稻抗白叶枯病基因与鉴定抗性材料提供便利。
Molecular marker-assist ed selection breeding is the key strategy of rice molecular breeding. The definition of physical mapping and development of functional molecular markers on chromosomes is the precondition of molecular marker-assisted selection breeding. In this study, we summarized the progress of reported40 resistant bacterial blight genes on location and molecular marker on chromosomes, and mapped these 31 resistance genes onto the physical map of rice genome. Furthermore, we collected functional markers of four resistance genes, including xa5, xa13, Xa21, and Xa27, and then developed functional markers of resistance genes Xa10 and Xa23. This study would facilitate breeders to make better use of rice resistance genes and identify resistance materials.
