摘要
在舰船推进轴系纵向振动特性分析中,可倾瓦推力轴承润滑油膜的动特性是轴系力传递和振动响应分析的重要环节。该文建立了润滑油膜特性分析的理论模型,以有限差分法为基础,提出了嵌套式二分法,数值求解了油膜静动特性,并分别得出了在轴系载荷与转速独立和非独立的情况下,油膜动特性随转速的关系。解释了船舶推进轴系振动实验中,不同转速情况下,相应的频响函数幅值大小的变化规律。
        In the longitudinal vibration characteristic analysis of ship propulsion shafting, the dynamic characteristic of the oil film between the thrust collar and tilting pads is one of significant links for shafting force transmission and the vibration response analysis. The theoretical model of lubricating oil film was established, and based on the finite difference method, nested dichotomy method was brought forward here to numerically solve the oil film dynamic characteristics, and it is concluded how the oil film dynamic characteristic changes with rotating speed, when the shaft load and rotating speed are independent and non-independent respectively. In vibratory test of ship propulsion shafting, the change rule of frequency-response function amplitude at different rotating speed was explained.
