摘要
针对目前常见的编码器输出电信号处理方法不能准确地反映码盘刻线均匀性误差的不足,提出了基于双向黑白比的光电编码器码盘刻线均匀性误差检测方法。利用工业数码相机进行码盘图像采集,获得光电编码器码盘精码码道的局部图像,通过图像处理进行码道边缘提取,求取双向黑白比,以双向黑白比计算各条刻线线宽的相对差,以线宽相对差的变化范围作为码盘的刻线均匀性误差。该方法以距离黑白比代替弧长黑白比,操作简单、易于实现;同时该方法不受码盘材料、尺寸的限制且不受检测系统安装误差的影响,适应范围广、精度高。最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。
        The current method of using the electrical signal processing of the encoder output can not accurately reflect the code disc scorelines homogeneity error.To solve this problem,a method of detecting the scorelined homogeneity error of encoder code disc is proposed which is based on bidirectional black to white ratio.Using industrial digital camera for code disc image capture,we can acquire the local image of photoelectric encoder's precise codes.To obtain the bidirectional black to white ratio,we use the image processing for the extraction of the code channel edge.The relative difference of all groove width is calculated by the bidirectional black to white ratio,and the variation rage of the relative difference is taken as the homogeneity error of the encoder scribed line.The method is simple to operate,which includes an easily achieved theory that the black to white ratio of the distance replaces the arc length.In addition,it is suitable for a wide range of applications withoutthe limit of the size and material,and the operation is not affected by the detection system installation error.The feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.
