摘要
数据采集系统在接入现代工业控制领域时存在着数据传输量小、数据传输效率低的问题,为此提出一种将EtherCAT工业以太网总线技术引入数据采集系统的方案,首先研究分析EtherCAT协议在数据采集系统中应用的关键技术原理,提出了EtherCAT工业以太网数据采集系统的整体结构,选用LAN9252作为从站控制器芯片,联合STM32F407ZET7控制芯片及ADS8341A/D转换芯片共同构建系统硬件,分析设计了高速PDI数据接口与数据采集电路,并完成了PDI接口驱动、EtherCAT状态机控制与数据采集的核心软件程序设计。使用TwinCAT软件作为EtherCAT协议主站,设计的系统与其他EtherCAT从站设备同时接入总线网络进行对比分析,最终实验结果表明数据采集系统具备数据采集准确、数据传输效率高、数据传输量大的特性,能够广泛应用于工业控制领域。
        There are the problems such as small data transmission quantity and low data transmission efficiency existed in data acquisition system when accessing to modern industrial control field. Therefore,a scheme of introducing Ether CAT industrial Ethernet bussing technique into data acquisition system was proposed in this paper. First,the key technical principle of applying Ether CAT protocol in data acquisition system was studied and analyzed. The overall structure of data acquisition system of EtherCAT industrial Ethernet was proposed; LAN9252 was selected as the slave station controller chip to unite STM32F407ZET7 control chip and ADS8341A/D conversion chip to jointly construct system hardware. High-speed PDI data interface and data acquisition circuit were analyzed and designed,and moreover,core software program of PDI interface driver,Ether CAT state machine control and data acquisition were designed. Twin CAT software was selected as Ether CAT protocol primary station,and the designed system and other Ether CAT slave station equipment were simultaneously accessed to bus network for comparison. The final experimental results show that this data acquisition system possesses the characteristics including accurate data acquisition,high data transmission efficiency,and huge data transmission quantity,and it can be widely applied into industrial control field.
