华丰矿选煤厂浮选机与浮选柱联合二次浮选工艺的应用探讨

摘要
介绍了华丰煤矿选煤厂浮选工艺现状及系统存在的问题,论述了旋流微泡浮选柱及沉降过滤式离心机的工作原理;采用浮选机与浮选柱联合二次浮选工艺以及浮选精煤卧式沉降过滤式离心机和精矿压滤机联合脱水回收工艺,对选煤厂原浮选工艺进行了改造,充分发挥了各设备的优势,降低了浮选精煤灰分,取得了很好的工艺效果。
        This paper introduces the current situation of flotation process and the problems of flotation system in Huafeng Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant. It discusses the working principle of the cyclone micro-bubble flotation column and the screen bowl centrifuge. The flotation process was modified to be two stage flotation process with the combination of flotation cell and flotation column and the flotation concentrate are dewatered and recovered both in horizontal screen bowl centrifuge and filter press. After modification,the advantages of each device are developed and the ash content of flotation concentrate decreases. Good process results are achieved.
