摘要
针对矿用钻杆接头螺纹加工切屑缠绕刀具的问题进行接头螺纹切屑形成的研究,设计切削参数的正交试验,并结合金相显微镜对切屑微观形貌观察,分析得到了切屑的锯齿微观形貌随切削用量的变化规律,并通过锯齿形貌与切屑形成过程中切削力、切削热的关系,得到了切削力、切削热与切削用量的变化规律。切屑形成实验为接头加工质量提供可靠保证,并对进一步研究切削机理、科学地选择工艺参数具有重要指导意义。
        Aimming at the problem of cutting chip winding tool for the drill pipe joint thread processing,the formation of joint thread chip was studied,the orthogonal test of cutting parameters was designed, and the microscopic morphology of the chip was observed by metallographic microscope. The variation of the sawtooth microstructure of the chip with the cutting amount was obtained,and the zigzag morphology was observed. The relationship between cutting force, cutting heat and cutting amount was obtained in the relationship between cutting force and cutting heat during chip formation. The chip formation experiment provides a reliable guarantee for the joint processing quality, and has important guiding significance for further research on cutting mechanism and scientific selection of process parameters.
