摘要
以2008—2017年《北京市统计年鉴》《北京市国民经济和社会发展统计公报》《北京市第三次全国经济普查年鉴》的数据为样本,基于数据包络分析(DEA)模型的Malmquist生产力指数法,对北京市2008—2017年的全要素生产率进行测算,研究和分析其重点产业结构及竞争力。研究结果表明:在技术进步视角下,第三产业最具竞争力,第一产业具有较弱的产业竞争力;在纯技术效率视角下,第一产业由于生产规模快速扩大,导致管理混乱、企业效率降低;在规模效率视角下,继续扩大生产规模对第三产业和高新技术等行业的企业经济效益提高有促进作用,在发展第三产业时可加大基础设施建设,扩大生产和营业规模。
        This paper takes the data of Beijing Statistical Yearbook, Beijing Economic and Social Development Statistics Bulletin and The Third National Economic Census Yearbook of Beijing for the period 2008-2017 as samples, based on the data envelopment analysis(DEA) model, the Malmquist productivity index method is used to measure the total factor productivity of Beijing from 2008 to 2017, and to study and analyze its key industrial structure and competitiveness. The results show that, in the perspective of technological progress, the tertiary industry is the most competitive and the primary industry has the weaker competitiveness; from the perspective of pure technical efficiency, the first industry has a rapid expansion of production scale, which leads to confusion of management and reduction of enterprise efficiency; from the perspective of scale efficiency, expanding the scale of production can promote the economic benefits of enterprises in the tertiary industry and high-tech industries, in the development of the tertiary industry, construction of infrastructure and the scale of production and business can be expanded.
