高敏C反应蛋白与血常规在小儿细菌性感染性疾病中的诊断价值分析

摘要

目的探析高敏C反应蛋白与血常规在小儿细菌性感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法在本院2017年8月至2018年8月期间收治的所有小儿细菌性感染性疾病患儿中随机选出50例作为此次研究对象,分别进行3种检查,即高敏C反应蛋白检验、血常规检查与高敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检查,观察患儿接受3种检查方式后阳性检出情况。结果经3种检查后,高敏C反应蛋白检查阳性检出42例(84.00%),血常规阳性检出38例(76.00%),高敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检查阳性检出49例(98.00%),高敏C反应蛋白与血常规检查经对比差异无统计学意义(c2=1.00),但高敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检查阳性检出率(98.00%)高于高敏C反应蛋白(84.00%)、血常规检查(76.00%),并且高敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检查感染类型检出情况均优于高敏C反应蛋白、血常规检查,以上组间差异有统计学意义(c2=5.98,c2=10.69,P<0.05)。结论在小儿细菌性感染性疾病患儿的诊断中,高敏C反应蛋白联合血常规检查可促进患儿病情诊断精准性的提高,具有较高临床应用价值。
        Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high sensitive c-reactive protein and blood routine in infantile bacterial infectious diseases. Methods In our hospital during the period of August 2017 to August 2018 treated all the children randomly selected 50 cases in children with bacterial infectious diseases as the research object, three types of inspections respectively, namely, high-sensitivity c-reactive protein test, blood routine examination and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein combined routine blood examination, to observe children accept positive detection after three inspection ways. Results After three checks, high-sensitivity c-reactive protein positive inspection detected in 42(84.00%), blood routine positive detected 38 cases(76.00%), high-sensitivity c-reactive protein in combination with positive blood routine examination detected in 49 cases(98.00%),high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and blood routine examination after there was no statistically significant difference compared with(c2= 1.00), but the high-sensitivity c-reactive protein in combination with routine blood examination positive detection rate(98.00%) than high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(84.00%), blood routine examination(76.00%), In addition, the infection type detected by high-sensitive c-reactive protein combined with blood routine examination was better than that by high-sensitive c-reactive protein combined with blood routine examination, and the difference between the above groups was statistically significant(c2=5.98,c2=10.69,P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of infantile bacterial infectious diseases in children, high sensitive c-reactive protein combined with blood routine examination can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and have high clinical value.
