摘要

随着近几年互联网金融迅速的发展,互联网金融人才面临较大缺口,互联网金融学专业应用型人才培养存在严重的不足,我国应用型本科院校金融学专业向互联网金融专业转型是必然之举。若实现应用型本科院校金融学专业向互联网金融专业转型发展,应转变培养理念和教学目标;注重学科交叉、打造本校独特的课程体系;改革教学方法,完善评价体系;深化校企合作,打造"双师型"的互联网金融师资队伍,拓展师资来源;设置创新创业与素质提升平台;加强学生守法意识和职业道德教育。
        With the rapid development of Internet finance in recent years, the training of applied talents in finance is becoming more and more insufficient. Based on the analysis of the necessity of the transformation from the finance major to the Internet finance major in the applied undergraduate colleges and universities in China, itputs forwardthe specific measures. Theundergraduate colleges and universities should change the training concept and teaching objectives, pay attention to the interdisciplinary and create the unique curriculum system of the university, reform the teaching methods and perfect the evaluation system,cooperate with schools and enterprises to build a "double-qualified" team of Internet finance teachers, expand the source of teachers, set up a platform for innovation, entrepreneurship and quality improvement, and strengthen students' awareness of law-abiding and professional ethics education.
