继往开来,坚定自信,促进研究生教育高质量发展——纪念研究生教育恢复招生40周年

摘要
40年来我国研究生教育在发展规模、治理模式、高水平大学建设、支撑国家创新发展、国际影响力等方面取得了重大成就。40年积累的宝贵经验,为我们向"研究生教育强国"迈进提供了坚实基础。站在新的历史起点上,须围绕"立德树人"根本任务,进一步深化研究生教育体制机制改革,优化研究生教育结构;进一步聚焦内涵,在双一流建设中率先突破;进一步开放合作,多方着力共同促进研究生教育高质量发展。
In the past 40 years,China has made historical achievements in postgraduate education,particularly in terms of development scale,administration mode,and high-level university construction.In this way,it has strongly supported innovation in national development and enhanced its international influence.The valuable experience accumulated in the past 40 years has laid a solid foundation for China to advance to the goal of a strong country in postgraduate education.This paper proposes that,standing at the new historical starting point,we should concentrate on the basic task to educate people morally,focus on interior reform of the postgraduate education system and mechanism,and optimize the postgraduate education structure.Furthermore,we should endeavor to make breakthroughs in the " Double First-class" construction,further open up and cooperate with the world so as to jointly promote the development of graduate education to a higher level.
