摘要
分析了我国大陆地区降雨特征对年径流总量控制目标区域划分的影响,论述了海绵城市设施布局原则,通过对各区划内城市气候、降雨、地下水等自然环境特征进行分析,并结合海绵设施布局原则,科学合理地确定各区海绵城市布局侧重方针,及各区在市政道路、建筑小区、城市绿地与广场及城市水系中海绵城市设施布局,为相关规范标准和地方性技术导则的编制及各地年径流总量控制率目标的落实提供理论参考。
In this paper the influence of rainfall characteristics on the regional division of the annual rainfall runoff volume capture target in the mainland of China is analyzed,and the principle of the distribution of the facilities in the sponge city is discussed.Based on the zoning of the city climate,rainfall,groundwater and other natural environmental characteristics and combined with the sponge city facility layout principle,the approaches of sponge cities in different districts as well as the layout of sponge city facilities in municipal roads,residential buildings,urban green land plaza and urban water system are determined scientifically and rationally.The paper provides a theoretical reference for the preparations of relevant standards and local technical guidelines and the implementation of annual rainfall runoff volume capture ratio targets.
