同心双管水力喷射泵在井丛场优化配套与应用

摘要
针对大港油田井丛场平台式布井模式,结合疏松砂岩油藏油井砂卡砂埋突出问题,以及油田绿色矿山建设对井丛场安全环保、视觉形象等方面的要求,优化配套应用了同心双管水力喷射泵无杆采油技术,并结合井丛场布井形式,对井筒及地面工艺进行集成优化配套,实现井丛场整建整投,取得了降本增效的实施效果,为大港油田疏松砂岩油藏井丛场高效开发和复杂井况油井的工艺配套提供了有效技术途径。
        The platform multiple well pattern is mainly used in DaGang oilfield, and Sand sticking in sandstone reser-voir is still a serious problem,at same time considering the safety and environmental protection requirements ofgreen mine construction, the concentric double-pipe hydraulic jet pump technology is applied. Combining with theplatform multiple well pattern, the well bore and surface technology were optimized and matched, and the successfulcommissioning was achieved, which provided an effective technical way for the efficient development of unconsoli-dated sandstone reservoir in DaGang Oilfield and the technology was matching complex well conditions.
