摘要
目的探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对创伤性休克大鼠急性肺损伤的影响实验研究。方法选取该院2017年1—12月期间自主培养的3个月大体重在240~260 g之间的雄性Wistar大鼠42只,将其随机分为3组,每组14只:对照组;创伤性休克组(通过骨折复合失血导致创伤性休克);ω-3PUFA组;ω-3PUFA组在进行造模前12 h以及2 h通过静脉注射2 mL/kg的ω-3PUFA,对照组和创伤性休克组注射2 mL/kg的生理盐水。模型制备成功之后的2 h进行颈动脉血样采集,将小鼠处死之后取其肺部组织,对血清中的生理指标进行分析以及观察肺组织的病理变化。结果结果显示,ω-3PUFA组TNF-α、8-iso-PGF2α、IL-1β、IL-10指标数据分别为(220±19)ng/mg、(174±39)pg/mg、(19.0±1.7)μg/L、(9.6±1.6)μg/L,均显著优于对照组及伤性休克组(P<0.05);ω-3PUFA组W/D比、病理学评分分别为:(5.10±0.27)分、(1.29±0.50)分,均显著优于对照组及伤性休克组(P<0.05)。结论ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸在大鼠急性肺损伤研究为急性呼吸窘迫综合征提供了有效的支持治疗手段,进一步防止其发展为多器官功能障碍综合证,减少了患者的住院时间,减少患者的医疗费用,减轻了患者的医疗负担,极大地降低了死亡率。
        Objective To investigate the effect of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on acute lung injury in rats with traumatic shock. Methods A total of 42 male Wistar rats aged 3 months and between 240-260 g in the hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into 3 groups, 14 in each group: control group; traumatic shock group(trauma fracture caused by fracture combined with blood loss); omega-3 PUFA group; omega-3 PUFA group by intravenous injection of 2 mL/kg omega-3 PUFA 12 hours before and 2 hours of modeling, control group and the traumatic shock group was injected with 2 mL/kg of physiological saline. Carotid blood samples were collected 2 hours after successful model preparation. The mice were sacrificed and their lung tissues were taken. The physiological indexes in the serum were analyzed and the pathological changes of lung tissues were observed. Results The results showed that the TNF-α, 8-iso-PGF2α, IL-1β, and IL-10 data in the omega-3 PUFA group were(220±19)ng/mg,(174±39)pg/mg,(19.0±1.7)μg/L, and(9.6±1.6)μg/L, respectively. In the control group and the traumatic shock group(P<0.05); the W/D ratio and pathological scores of the omega-3 PUFA group were(5.10±0.27)points and(1.29±0.50)points, respectively, which were significantly better than the control group and traumatic shock group(P<0.05). Conclusion Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids provide an effective supportive treatment for acute respiratory distress syndrome in rats,which further prevents the developm ent of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, reducing the length of hospital stay and reducing the patient's medical expenses and the patient's medical burden and the mortality rate.
