摘要
建筑物抗震性能评价是城市抗震防灾规划编制的一项重要工作,而建筑物的震害预测是城区建筑抗震性能评价的重要基础。半经验半理论法作为建筑物震害预测常用的方法,其计算参数与建筑物建设年代相对应,因此,验证参数的有效性是对新建建筑进行震害预测的必要前提。文章基于理论分析法和半经验半理论法2种传统的震害预测方法,以混凝土框架结构单体建筑的易损性分析为例,对半经验半理论分析法的震害指数中的修正系数进行优化,并通过实际工程将优化的半经验半理论法与传统方法的震害预测结果进行对比分析。结果表明:半经验半理论法对2000年之前建造的钢筋混凝土框架结构的预测结果准确可靠;对2000年后建造的钢筋混凝土框架结构进行震害预测时,半经验半理论法的修正系数应适当增大,建议修正系数Ck采用0.30。
The seismic performance evaluation of buildings is an important work in the preparation of urban seismic disaster prevention planning,and the earthquake damage prediction of buildings is an important basis for the seismic performance evaluation of urban buildings. Based on the theoretical analysis method and the semi-empirical and semi-theoretical method,2 traditional earthquake damage prediction methods are taken as an example to optimize the correction coefficient of the earthquake damage index of the semi-empirical and semi-theoretical analysis method,and the semi-empirical semi-theoretical method and the traditional method are adopted by the practical engineering. The results of earthquake damage prediction are compared and analyzed. The results show that the semiempirical and semi-theoretical method is accurate and reliable in predicting the reinforced concrete frame structure constructed before 2000. When seismic damage prediction is made for reinforced concrete frame structure constructed after 2000,the correction coefficient of semi-empirical and semitheoretical method should be appropriately increased,and it is suggested that Ckshould adopt 0.30 as the correction coefficient.
