添加剂对连铸用浸入式水口抗渣侵蚀性能影响的研究

摘要
研究了加入金属铝、锰、硅粉等及其复合添加剂对铝锆碳质浸入式水口的性能影响。加入适量的Mg粉、A1粉、Mn粉添加剂可有效改善A1203-Zr02-C材料的显气孔率及体积密度,从而提高了材料抵抗氧化的性能。研究发现,Mn粉添加剂对试样的改善效果最好。从各性能指标看,Mn粉的加入不仅可以提高铝锆碳质浸入式水口的强度,而且对材料的抗氧化性和抗热震性有显著改善。
        The effect of aluminum, manganese, silicon powder and their compound additives on the performance of aluminium-zirconium-carbon submerged nozzle was studied. The apparent porosity and bulk density of A1203-Zr02-C material can be effectively improved by adding proper amount of Mg powder, A1 powder and Mn powder additives, thus improving the oxidation resistance of the material. It is found that Mn powder additive has the best effect on improving the sample. From the performance index, the addition of Mn powder can not only improve the strength of Al-Zr-C submerged nozzle, but also significantly improve the oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance of the material.
