摘要

无领导小组讨论是近年来国家机关和企事业单位入职面试的常见形式,对考生的综合素质具有较好的评判效果。目前,在高校中利用无领导小组讨论来进行专业课教学还不常见。本文报道了以无领导小组讨论来组织本科生《农业生态学》课程教学的实践过程,并分析了出现的问题和解决对策,为今后高校内更多的课程实践提供了参考。
        Non-leader group discussion is a common form of entry interview for state organs,enterprises and institutions in recent years,and has a good evaluation effect on the comprehensive quality of examinees.It is not common to use the leaderless group discussion to carry on the specialized lesson teaching in the university.This paper reports the practical process of organizing the undergraduate course of Agroecology by using the leaderless group discussion,and analyzes the problems and the solutions to the problems.It provides a reference for more curriculum practice in colleges and universities in the future.
