摘要

目的:探讨对胃肠道息肉患者采取内镜下高频电凝电切治疗的临床效果。方法:收治胃肠道息肉患者104例,随机分为两组,每组各52例。试验组采取内镜下高频电凝电切治疗,对照组采取常规电切手术进行治疗,观察并对比两组治疗有效率和并发症的发生率。结果:试验组的治疗有效率(96.15%)明显高于对照组(80.77%),试验组的并发症发生率(1.09%)明显低于对照组(21.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃肠道息肉患者采取内镜下高频电凝电切治疗,能够降低并发症的发生率,获取更加理想的治疗效果。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:104 patients with gastrointestinal polyps were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the experimental group received endoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation and electrocautery,while the control group received routine electrosurgical excision.The effective rate and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 50 cases(96.15%),which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 42 cases(80.77%).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1 case(1.09%),which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 11 cases(21.15%),P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection for gastrointestinal polyps can reduce the incidence of complications and obtain better therapeutic effect.
