摘要

通过对张超教授临床运用活血安神法治疗顽固性失眠的验案进行分析,总结了张超教授治疗失眠以"活血安神"为主要治则治法,并在此基础上,重视证候差异,病证结合,随证治之:入睡困难者加顺肝,易醒者加调脾,多梦者加调肾。张超教授以活血安神基础方加味治疗顽固性失眠疗效显著,临床遣方用药经验值得学习和推广。
        This article through to juck,professor of clinical treatment of intractable insomnia cases by applying the method of invigorate the circulation of nerves to sum up,this paper expounds the professor juck insomnia"Invigorate the circulation of nerves"as the main therapeutic treatment,and on this basis,the emphasis on syndrome,disease,combined with the rule: sleep difficulty with suitable liver,those who woke is easy to add the spleen,more the dreamer and the kidney. Professor zhang chao's experience in the treatment of refractory insomnia by invigorating the blood and calming the spirit and adding flavor is worth learning and popularizing.
