摘要
阐述了阿特劳石化工程中石油储罐制作过程中的难点——圆弧段制作的过程,尤其针对圆弧段制作所需凸凹模模具的设计及制作过程进行了详细阐述。首先要确定凸凹模模板的形状、尺寸和材质,再确定凸凹模模具各构件,而后用制作好的凸凹模模具压制出圆弧段的各等分板,再拉运到施工现场拼接、组焊,最后制作出石油储罐圆弧段。
The difficulty in the production process of oil storage tanks in Atyrau petrochemical engineering,which was the process of arc section production,was introduced. Especially,the design and manufacturing process of the convexconcave mold required for arc sections was elaborated. First,the shape,size and material of the template of the convexconcave mold were determined. Then,the components of the convex-concave mold were confirmed. After that,the uniform plates of the arc sections were pressed by using the convex-concave mold,which were transported to the work field for splicing and welding. Finally,the arc segments of the oil storage tanks were produced.
