摘要
总结李伟莉主任医师治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床经验。其认为排卵障碍性不孕症的病因病机以肾虚肝郁为本、瘀血痰湿为标,临证中注重种子调经、孕前调理,病证结合、中西贯通,当月促孕、分期论治、以肾为要,静待佳候、以验其精、促排破卵、适时扳机。附典型病案1则以验证。
        This paper summarizes LI Weili's clinical experience in treating anovulatory infertility. From her standpoint,the etiology and pathogenesis of anovulatory infertility are a result of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,as well as blood stasis and phlegm dampness. And the former is regarded as the primary reason,but the latter always appears in the symptoms. In clinical treatment,regulate menstruation before pregnancy first,apply the integrated method of Chinese and western medicine after adequate consideration of patients symptoms,focus on the kidney to make treatment in stages to ensure pregnancy in current month,pay attention to catch the optimal time to check sperm and promote ovulation. 1 typical case is attached for verification.
