摘要
建立了鸡肉中泰乐菌素的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品经甲醇提取,正己烷脱脂。流动相为甲醇:磷酸二氢钾(0.04 mol/m L,p H 2.5)溶液,流速为1 m L/min,等度洗脱。泰乐菌素浓度在2μg/m L~16μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数R2=0.999 7。在2.0μg/m L,3.0μg/m L,4.0μg/m L3个添加水平下,回收率范围为96.33%~101.73%,精密度为4.41%。该方法灵敏,简单,快速且准确,适用于鸡肉样品中泰乐菌素残留量的检测。
        An efficient liquid chromatography was developed to test tylosin in chicken. The sample was extracted with methanol and degreased with hexane. The mobile phase was methanol-0.04 mol/m L monopotassium phosphate and the flow rate was 1 m L/min with isocratic elution. The tylosin concentrations within the range of 2 μg/m L~16 μg/m L exhibited a better linearity, with the coefficient of association R~2=0.999 7. At different addition levels(2.0 μg/m L, 3.0 μg/m L and 4.0 μg/m L), the range of recovery was 96.33 %~101.73 % and the precision reached 4.41 %. The liquid chromatography is a sensitive and quick method of easy operation and precise results. The method is suitable for the detection of tylosin residue in chicken.
