摘要
目的探讨miR-574-5p在子痫前期患者血浆中的表达水平及其与胎盘组织中表达量的关系。方法收集2014年2月至2015年12月在深圳市罗湖区人民医院住院的子痫前期和同期住院正常晚期妊娠孕妇各20例,应用Real Time PCR法检测血浆和胎盘组织miR-574-5p的表达水平。结果子痫前期患者的血浆和胎盘组织中miR-574-5p表达量较正常对照组均明显升高。与对照组(1.01±0.03)相比,子痫前期组的血浆中miR-574-5p的表达量(3.80±0.19)显著升高(P<0.01);子痫前期组的胎盘组织miR-574-5p水平(4.15±0.18)明显高于正常对照组(1.13±0.10)(P<0.01);且随着子痫前期血浆中miR-574-5p表达量的增加,胎盘组织中miR-574-5p表达量也呈现增高趋势,二者具有明显的相关性(r=0.843)。结论 miR-574-5p有望成为子痫前期筛查的生物标志物。
        Objective To investigate the expression level of miR-574-5 p in the plasma of the patients with preeclampsia,and to explore its relationship with that in placentas.Methods Twenty patients with preeclampsia and 20 normal pregnant women(the control group)were selected,who were hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Luohu District of Shenzhen city from February 2014 to December 2015.The expression of miR-574-5 p in the plasma and placentas were measured by real-time PCR.Results The expression of miR574-5 p in the plasma and placenta of preelampsia patients was increased singnificantly,compared with the control group.The expression of miR-574-5 p in the preeclampsia plasma was significantly higher than that in the control group(3.80±0.19 vs. 1.01±0.03),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression of miR-574-5 p in the preeclampsia placenta tissue was higher than that in the control group(4.15±0.18 vs. 1.13±0.10),the differences being statistically significant(P<0.01).With the increase of miR-574-5 p in the preeclampsia plasma,the expression of miR-574-5 p in the placenta tissue also increased. The expression of placenta miR-574-5 p was positively correlated with plasma miR-574-5 p(r=0.843).Conclusion The miR-574-5 p may become a biomarker to diagnose preeclampsia.
