摘要
目的:通过观察回回药方圣世散对先兆流产模型小鼠母胎界面SOCS1、SOCS3蛋白表达的影响,从免疫学角度探讨圣世散的保胎机制。方法:用CBA/J×BALB/C小鼠建立正常妊娠组,CBA/J×DBA/2小鼠建立先兆流产模型对照组及圣世散高、中、低剂量组,免疫组化法检测母胎界面SOCS1、SOCS3蛋白表达。结果:与正常妊娠组比较,先兆流产模型组SOCS1升高,SOCS3降低;与先兆流产模型组比较,圣世散高、中剂量组SOCS1降低,SOCS3升高。结论:圣世散可能通过降低先兆流产小鼠母胎界面SOCS1表达,升高SOCS3表达,调节Th1/Th2的平衡,发挥保胎作用。
Objective: Through the observation of Hui prescription Shenshi Powder on the matermal-fetal interface SOCS1 and SOCS3 protein expression of threatened abortion mice model. Inquire the immune mechanism of Shengshi Powder on protecting the fetus. Methods: The normal pregnancy group was established by mating CBA/J × BALB/c mice.The model group of threatened abortion and the high,medium,low dose groups of Shengshi Powder were established by mating CBA/J × DBA/2 mice. To observe the expression of SOCS1 and SOCS3 in the maternal-fetal interface by immunohistochemical method. Result: Compared with normal pergnancy mice,the SOCS1 expression of threatened abortion group had increased and the SOCS3 had decreased; Compared with the model group of threatened abortion,Both high and middle group of Shengshi powder could decrease SOCS1 and increase SOCS3. Conclusion: Shengshi Powder may reduce the expression of SOCS1 and rise SOCS3. It may regulate the imbalance of Th1/Th2 to crue Threaened abortion.
